Veronique & David's stunning wedding at Stancliffe Hall...

Earlier this summer I had the pleasure of providing flowers & styling for Veronique & David's stunning wedding at Stancliffe Hall, a beautiful wedding venue in Matlock. Veronique & David were an absolute dream to work with as their attention to detail but relaxed and fun approach made the whole process totally enjoyable and the results are stunning with images by Shoot Lifestyle Photography. I am in love with all the images so I won't apologise for the number I have included...I just couldn't pick my favourites...they are all too good! I hope you enjoy!

Veronique wanted her flowers to have that 'just picked from the garden' style so I used lots of traditional english garden roses, alchemilla mollis, veronica, sweet peas, lisianthus and gorgeous hosta leaves. It smelled absolutely divine!

Everyone was made beautiful by make-up artist Leona Seymour...

I decorated the church pews with lovely little enamel buckets of flowers and placed large feature arrangements at the front! I was also hugely pleased with how the lychgate turned out!!

Being teachers, Veronique & David wanted to infuse this in the details so I made subject table names in the prettiest selection of pearl and ivory frames...

The gorgeous cake was provided by the lovely Rachel Edwards...

A huge thanks to Veronique & David for letting me be part of such an amazing day!x

Amy & Andy...a very stylish wedding

I was so happy to be involved in Amy & Andy's stunning wedding in Birmingham earlier this year. So much planning was put into every detail of their day, which took place at three different venues and it was all co-ordinated by the amazingly talented Carmen of Carmen Weddings. They married at The Electric Cinema, and followed this by afternoon tea at Hotel Du Vin and finished with a gorgeous evening reception at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery. You can see a gallery of images by Mark Tattersall on Carmen's site.

I had the pleasure of providing floral arrangements for the tables at the Hotel du Vin reception. Amy wanted very soft, natural arrangements of peonies, lilacs, ranunculus, hydrangea and astilbe in beautiful pale pink and white tones. I used mercury glass vases with glass goblets and made lovely white lace runners to soften the overall look. Here's a few piccie's...

Come back soon...I've got lots of lovely weddings coming up...and a brand new lens for my camera to play with, so expect lots of pictures soon!
